Your impact:

You bring:
* NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
* 3+ years experience in elderly or dementia care
* Leadership skills and a genuine passion for care
* Based within 30 minutes travel of the home
* A full driving licence

* 2+ years in a similar clinical leadership role
* One years experience of caring for residents living with dementia.
