Are you looking to kick start your career as a Plumber? Are you based in or near the Wirral? We are looking for a Plumber apprentice to work on a 24 month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices.

Your Role:
* Attend training and work toward your craft qualification, which will include:
* Repair / replace external cod water gutter and drainage systems
* Install, repair and replace hot and cold water supplies, including baths, skins, showers, and toilets including waste systems
* Excavate ground to repair external cold water supplies and drainage systems and clear blocked drains and toilets
* Trace, diagnose, identify and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems
* Repair/ replace kitchen units and sink units
* Carry out programmes maintenance and servicing in domestic properties including safety routine checks
* Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work
* Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs
* Support colleagues and build relationships across the business
* Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
* Keep accurate records of work and materials used
* Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards
* Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction
* Work flexibly, including out-of-hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines
What We Need from You:
* Have a genuine interest in working in Plumbing
* 16- 18-year-old Level 4 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
* 19+ Level 2 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
* Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
* Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills
