Description

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual who can manage, develop, delegate work accordingly whilst supporting project teams on progress and advancements. The successful candidate would be working in conjunction with an established commercial project management team and alongside our in‑house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages.

The majority of our projects are currently based throughout NI & ROI and are predominantly within the commercial sector; these projects include general mechanical and electrical installation works and various construction activities.
