The Role As a Principal Highways Engineer, you'll take a strategic and technical leadership role, overseeing the design and delivery of urban highway and public realm schemes, including S278 works and other complex transport infrastructure projects. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor senior and junior engineers, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards. Essential Skills & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Extensive experience in highways and transport infrastructure design within a consultancy environment.
