Recruitment Manager (Leadership) In-House / Registered Service Manager – Cheltenham
Registered Manager – Cheltenham - £32,500 per annum. This role leads the residential service in Cheltenham, working with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families to help people gain more independence and achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s).
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
* Recruit and induct new colleagues; conduct supervisions and appraisals.
* Complete medication competencies and medication audits.
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings; complete quarterly audits and reports.
* Effectively manage the service’s P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Lead a dynamic team to support individuals in achieving greater independence.
Qualifications and requirements
* Previous experience as a care manager and willingness/ability to undertake CQC registration.
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
