Responsibilities
* Oversee an online programme, leading the initial module and line‑managing module leads and tutors.
* Design, develop and evaluate online programmes and modules, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and policy requirements.
* Lead programme direction, motivate module teams, collaborate with University stakeholders and support continuous improvement of the online teaching and learning environment.
Qualifications
* Programme or module design experience within a fully online higher‑education setting.
* Experience teaching in a fully online higher‑education context.
* Strong understanding of quality, regulatory and policy requirements for delivering higher‑education education.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support module teams.
