Job overview
Our Queensway service assists clients 24/7. We require enthusiastic, caring individuals to take clients out to access the community and achieve meaningful lives. Shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins.
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to enable clients to live their best lives. A valid UK driving license is desirable due to the remote location.
Main duties of the job
* Develop and review person-centred support plans respecting clients’ views and aspirations.
* Support clients to live independently, supporting social visits, hobbies, and skill development.
* Communicate openly with clients and team members, maintaining integrity.
* Provide personal care respecting client dignity, if required.
* Maintain accurate records, including daily notes, involving clients where appropriate.

* Provide care and support as per care plans, including personal care if needed.
* Maintain accurate written and numerical records.
* Perform personal care and domestic duties specific to each service.
