Job Title: Secondary School Cover Supervisor Location: Coventry Pay: £90–£100 per day Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Flexible / Adhoc Work Available) Are you experienced in working with young people and looking for flexible work that fits around your availability? We are currently recruiting for a Secondary School Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Coventry on an adhoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience in schools, youth work, coaching, or similar roles and are looking for flexible weekday work during school hours. The Role: Supervising whole classes during teacher absences Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students aged 11–16 Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons No lesson planning or marking required.
