Key Responsibilities
* Visits & Vigilance: Attend scheduled visits as directed. Be alert for signs of distress or health deterioration and report these urgently to management.
* Personal Care: Support service users with hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility (including pressure area relief).
* Medication Support: Level 1: Prompt or assist those who self-medicate.
* Level 2: Administer doses from original containers and sign MAR charts immediately.
* Safety: Follow the '6 Rights' and use 'no-touch' techniques.
* Domestic & Social: Assist with light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping. Provide companionship through talking and listening.
* Independence: Conduct all tasks in a way that respects privacy and dignity while maximizing the user's independence.
