This role focuses on specialist treatment, redecoration and preventative work to help sustain safe and healthy living environments. About the Role
As a Mould Treatment Operative you'll carry out damp and mould treatment works across our homes and properties, ensuring customers live in safe, healthy, and comfortable environments. You'll respond to damp and mould issues, perform mould washes, apply specialist treatments, complete highquality redecoration, and tackle minor repairs that help prevent problems from recurring. You'll also identify potential underlying causes, provide residents with practical advice on ventilation and condensation prevention, and support wider property maintenance by assisting with ad hoc tasks when needed.
Your role will also involve keeping work areas clean and safe, and ensuring a professional approach in every home you visit. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that makes a positive difference.
About You
We're looking for someone with knowledge of Awaabs Law and who has practical experience in painting, decorating, or property maintenance, who takes real pride in delivering highquality work. Ideally, you'll have experience of treating damp and mould, although if this is new to you, we will provide training. You'll bring a strong eye for detail and a commitment to working safely, following procedures, and approaching each task with professionalism.
You'll be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, providing a friendly and helpful service in their homes. Building trust and putting customers at ease is an important part of what we do.
