I am looking for a Contract Value Proposition Manager to lead the development and evolution of credit card propositions.
Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office in Chester required.

You’ll be at the heart of designing standout experiences that not only meet customer needs but also drive strategic growth across the client's lending portfolio.

* Shape the Future of Credit Cards: Lead the design of innovative, value-driven propositions that improve customer experience and drive retention.
* Own Commercial Delivery: Take the lead on key initiatives from idea to execution, aligning with our broader business strategy.
* Expand Our Reach: Optimise and grow emerging acquisition channels to drive engagement and performance.
* Partner for Success: Manage and enhance cobrand relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and strong commercial outcomes.
* Ensure Compliance & Fair Value: Champion Consumer Duty by embedding fair value and customer outcome assessments into every stage of the proposition lifecycle.
* Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring product strategies to life.

* Proven experience in credit card products, financial services, or commercial strategy
* Strong background in delivering and enhancing propositions that drive customer and business outcomes
* Experience managing external partnerships (e.g., cobrands)
* Ability to work across teams – marketing, ops, commercial – to execute initiatives
