Job description
The successful applicant should have a passion for weddings and events, a keen eye of detail and be eager to learn and progress within the company. This role consists of assisting the Sales team on a day to day basis to help hit team targets.
Overview of the role:
1. Our Sales team will contract and confirm an event and then will hand over to the Weddings and Events department to then plan the finer detail of each event
2. The type of events you will assist to plan and coordinate range in complexity, which include traditional and Asian weddings, corporate and student balls, private dinners, corporate conferences and meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, wakes etc.
3. You will assist the Sales Managers to work closely with the client to finalise details of their event ensuring we are providing a personal and stress-free pre-event experience.
