We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead – Indirects to manage a range of procurement activities across indirect services and other services supporting wider organisational requirements.This is a 12-month contract covering a temporary period. Key Responsibilities Deliver procurement activities in compliance with public sector regulations and internal processes. Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value for money across indirect categories. Manage the full procurement lifecycle for indirect services, including tendering, evaluation, and supplier recommendations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure procurement objectives are delivered on time. Identify and communicate risks or issues that may affect procurement timelines or outcomes. Ensure procurement documentation, compliance, and reporting meet internal and regulatory standards. About You You will be a skilled procurement professional with significant public sector experience and expertise in indirect services. Essential Skills And Experience Minimum 10 years’ procurement experience, including 5 years in public sector procurement. Experience in managing indirect services procurement, including FM, Technology, and Marketing. Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value procurements. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, tendering processes, and supplier management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to embed quickly into teams and manage workloads to meet tight deadlines.
