About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our secondary school team in North Liverpool. Working in small classes of up to 12 students, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young people with their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support students aged 11–16 in small class settings (maximum 12 pupils)
2. Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities
3. Provide one-to-one and small group support, including for students with SEND
4. Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
5. Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and pastoral teams
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in an educational or youth support setting
7. A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. A genuine passion for supporting young people
10. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable
