Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £38,000 + EXECLLLENT BONUS PACKAGE + BENEFITS

Based in Birmingham, this role is perfect for a driven hospitality professional with a flair for sales, relationship building, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
As Business Development Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving growth across vibrant venues securing corporate partnerships, maximising brand exposure, and positioning these venues as the go-to destinations for Birminghams most dynamic events and experiences.

What Youll Do
Develop and grow corporate partnerships across Birmingham and the Midlands
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities
Proactively drive brand awareness within the corporate and local business communities
Plan and coordinate engaging internal and external events to achieve sales targets
Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and venue teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, celebrating successes along the way
What Were Looking For
Proven success as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within the hospitality industry (bars, restaurants, or venues)
A natural networker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a strong record of exceeding targets
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and performance
A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
