We're recruiting an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-profile, premium pub with rooms operation in the Bournemouth/Dorset area.
This is a commercially driven GM role in a highly seasonal market, candidates should be confident managing peaks, protecting standards, and maximising opportunity all year round.
The Role:
* Full P&L responsibility for a premium pub with rooms
* Lead a large, multi-department team across food, bar and accommodation
* Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction in a seasonal business
* Maintain brand standards while delivering a warm, authentic guest experience
* Recruit, develop and retain a strong management team
* Control labour, GP, costs and room yields
* Act as a brand ambassador within the local market
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven General Manager experience in a premium pub or foodie restaurant environment
* Hotel / Rooms experience
* Comfortable running high-volume, high-standard operations
* Commercially astute with strong financial and forecasting skills...
