Job Description
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Assist with management accounts preparationSupport the preparation of financial reports and statements.Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department.Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A strong understanding of basic accounting principles.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.Excellent organisational and time management skills.An eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks.A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What's on Offer
