REPORTS TO: Influencer and Partnerships Manager
BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Tatti Lashes is a global brand in the eyelash sector, selling products to over 100 countries worldwide. They have over 2 million online customers and their products are available in reputable retailers including Superdrug (850 stores) and Asos.
JOB OVERVIEW: The Influencer and Marketing Executive will manage all aspects of influencer marketing, focusing on paid influencer activity, TikTok Shop, Affiliates, and supporting general marketing tasks as needed.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
* Manage daily influencer activities alongside the Influencer and Partnerships Manager.
* Oversee the paid marketing budget and monitor ROI for strategic decisions.
* Manage the gifting program and update the PR list regularly.
* Lead the TikTok Shop affiliate program, manage platform activities, send samples, and collaborate with creators & paid ads team.
* Research and identify relevant influencers, focusing on key territories and channels.
* Propose new content ideas and campaigns to expand reach through influencer marketing.
* Identify growth opportunities within influencer space by tracking trends and creative briefs.
* Assist with shoot days, events, and offline marketing opportunities.
* Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks on Shopify platform.
MUST HAVE:
* Passion for Influencer Marketing and proactive attitude.
* Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.
* Interest in beauty products.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, including product listings and working with influencers.
* Creative, confident, and trend-aware with new ideas.
* Organized with excellent attention to detail.
