* Employer: Agency employment, temporary assignment for 12 months, extension possibility based on business need and performance
* Function: Engineering & Asset Management- Region Route Services function in Wales & Western
* Location: You can work in any of the locations within Network Rail as in Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff (Wales and Western region), Shrewsbury and Hereford
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, hybrid - 2-3 days/week on client site
* Pay rate: £17.03/hr
* Start date: vetting pending, preferable mid-Jan 25 - the offered candidate is subject to a basic DBS and 3 years activity check

Role Overview:
As a Technical Clerk, you'll support the lead manager and team with:
Providing support primarily to the Project Manager for Fire Risk and Lineside building surveys, you will be involved heavily with the data inputs, outputs, planning and support for the wider team along with actions resolutions.
* Data Analysis: Collating, analysing, and presenting data to support key recommendations.
* Administrative Tasks: Keeping records, logs, and publications updated.
* Surveys: Conducting building department surveys and supporting safety data management.
* Collaborating with Data Analysts: Experience with Power BI is a plus!
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
* Proficiency in Excel and other data-entry systems.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to provide efficient and effective technical and administrative support.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with operational railway environments.
* Knowledge of additional functional disciplines.
