Pure Cold Solutions and Purecold Limited are seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to lead national growth across our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) portfolio, including refrigeration systems, HVAC, cold rooms, display cases, low-GWP solutions, and service & maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the national sales strategy
* Grow revenue across retail, food service, cold chain, and commercial sectors
* Manage key accounts including contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users
* Lead major contract negotiations and support tenders
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Work closely with engineering, service, and operations teams
* Prepare forecasts, pricing, and sales reports
About You
* Proven sales management experience within Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Good understanding of the sector regulations and sustainable solutions
* Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with national travel
* Full UK driving licence
