Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic EAL Teaching Assistant to support students in developing their English language skills. This role involves providing in-class support, delivering interventions, and creating tailored resources to help students access the curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Assist students in developing their English language skills across core subjects. Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions to support language acquisition. Work closely with teachers to adapt lesson materials for EAL learners. Create engaging resources to support students at different proficiency levels. Encourage students confidence in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Support classroom learning and promote a positive, inclusive environment. Requirements: Experience supporting students with English as an Additional Language. Strong communication skills and a passion for education. TEFL/TESOL qualification or experience in language support (desirable but not essential). Ability to create engaging learning materials.
