To provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the effective running of the FTB Core Team.
This includes the general management of administration systems, coordinating and delegating work, ensuring priority work targets are met, and supporting administrative functions for the effective operation of the service.
The post holder will undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to inbox management, booking patient appointments, attending designated meetings, recording accurate notes, and transcribing audio of clinical letters, reports, and other correspondence as required by the clinical team.
To act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for disseminating information, messages, and inquiries for the team. This involves liaising with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals, staff within the Trust, GPs, Social Workers, Service Users, Carers, and other external agencies. The post may also involve covering colleagues on annual leave.
