SEN Teaching Assistant\n\nAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic children and young people? My client is part of the National Autistic Society and is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and support students in achieving their full potential.\n\nAbout the School\n\nMy client provides specialist education and support for autistic children and young people aged 4-19. With a tailored curriculum and a strong focus on individual learning needs, we help our students develop essential life skills, confidence, and independence in a safe and nurturing environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:\n\nSupport students in their learning, both in groups and one-on-one.\nAssist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies.\nWork closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.\nProvide emotional and social support to students, helping them develop communication and independence skills.\nSupport with personal care where necessary and promote well-being.\nFoster a positive and safe atmosphere within the classroom.What We're Looking For\n\nWe welcome candidates with a passion for supporting autistic children and young people.
