They help businesses plan and deliver effective marketing activity that builds brand awareness, generates opportunities and supports long-term growth.
On their behalf, we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join their growing team as they continue to expand their client base and develop their service offering.
This role combines client account management with hands‑on marketing delivery. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients to understand their objectives, develop marketing strategies and communications plans, and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Client Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication. Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, goals, and marketing priorities.
* Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing strategies and communications plans for clients, ensuring activity aligns with their business objectives and supports measurable outcomes.
* Marketing Delivery: Create and deliver marketing activity across a range of channels, including writing website content, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content. Plan, schedule, and manage social media activity and contribute to the development of wider campaigns.
* Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email marketing, websites, and online advertising.
* Email Marketing & Automation: Create and manage email campaigns and marketing automation journeys, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
* Content Creation: Write high-quality marketing content tailored to each client’s tone of voice and objectives, ensuring it supports SEO and wider campaign goals.
* Website Content Management: Update and manage client websites through CMS platforms, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and optimised.
* Marketing Performance & Client Growth: Monitor the performance of marketing activity across client accounts, reviewing analytics and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide clients with insights, recommendations, and proactive ideas to support ongoing marketing performance and business growth.
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Executive: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive, providing support, guidance and oversight where required while collaborating on the delivery of marketing activity across client accounts.
* Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a consistently high standard.
* Supplier Coordination: Work with external suppliers such as designers and developers where required, ensuring work aligns with project requirements and client expectations.
You Will Ideally Have/Be:
* 4–6+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency or service‑based environment managing multiple clients.
* Strong experience across digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content creation and website management.
* Experience writing marketing strategies and communications plans.
* Strong written communication and content creation skills are essential, with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content across multiple formats.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, email marketing systems and social media scheduling tools.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
