Your new role
This job will be a part of a highly skilled, diverse team and involve dealing with large,plex investigations. You will lead and supportplex, high-profile investigations into professional misconduct. You will provide high quality legal advice for cases, working closely with senior lawyers and forensic accountants to reviewplex audit and accounting materials. You will lead on, and assist more senior lawyers with, case strategy, tribunal hearings and case expenditure.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a qualified solicitor or barrister with 5-10 years' PQE. You will also have a background in litigation, disputes, or contentious regulatory law. Strong legal and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manageplex cases are essential. A genuine interest in public interest work and regulatory enforcement is key. Applications are weed from those working in-house, private practice or from other regulatory bodies.
