The Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and shaping our sales strategy. You’ll lead and develop a growing sales team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve company revenue goals.
* Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Work closely with senior leadership to refine and implement sales processes.
* Monitor performance metrics, forecast sales, and report on key outcomes.
* Represent Resolve at client meetings, events, and industry conferences.


About You

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and enjoys leading by example.
