We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Staines-upon-Thames, UK, to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and success in the telecom industry.
* Lead virtual teams to deliver customer success and satisfaction
* Manage program deliveries and build relationships with senior stakeholders
* Drive product adoption and help customers discover new features
* Align success strategies with customer goals and industry best practices
* Conduct business reviews and executive meetings
* Identify risks and collaborate internally for seamless experiences
* Secure customer references and identify upsell opportunities
* Monitor KPIs and success metrics
Requirements include proven experience in customer success, delivery project management, industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer relationships. Fluency in English and relevant educational background are essential.
