This is a hands-on 6-month internship at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets, M&A, and strategic communications, offering direct exposure to fundraising processes, investor interactions, and Board-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing, acquisition-led software group engages with investors and lenders.
Please note: the internship is intended for current students or recent graduates and may be arranged in collaboration with a university careers or placement office, in line with UK regulations.
What you’ll do:
* Support the management of relationships with existing investors and financing partners;
* Help prepare investor updates, Board materials, and reporting packs;
* Assist in fundraising, capital markets, and debt-related initiatives;
* Conduct research on investors, funds, lenders, and market trends;
* Support the coordination of investor communications and fundraising events;
* Collaborate with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent investor messaging;
* Help maintain internal documentation and CRM tools related to investors and brokers.
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
* Strong interest in finance, technology, M&A, and capital markets;
* Solid analytical skills and a good understanding of financial concepts;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus);
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn;
* Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a high sense of ownership;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
