🚀 Contract Opportunity: eCommerce & Operations Strategy Consultant – DTC Consumer Tech
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling DTC and consumer tech brand on a strategic contract hire.
They’re looking for a consultant to help shape and implement a new operating model across their eCommerce operations, warehousing, 3PL, logistics, tooling, and process management.
🔧 Scope of Work
* Audit and assess current eCommerce operations and fulfilment setup
* Define and implement new ways of working across warehousing, 3PL, and in-house logistics
* Recommend and optimise software/tools (WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.)
* Build scalable processes to support growth and international expansion
* Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, ops, and finance teams
🎯 Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in DTC and consumer tech environments
* Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL strategy
* Familiarity with platforms like Shopify Plus, Netsuite, Brightpearl, etc.
* Comfortable leading change and embedding new processes
* Available for a short-term contract (3–6 months), with potential to extend
