Overview
A rare opportunity for a trainee mortgage broker to join a well-established mortgage broker firm. Working with the experienced team of mortgage brokers you will deal with new and existing clients, offering advice on new clients and re-mortgage advice to the existing client base.
Main Duties
* Be a fully CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 trainee mortgage broker to deal with new and existing clients offering mortgage advice.
* Work with the existing team of experienced mortgage brokers; be trained by the sales director and the existing team in offering mortgage advice.
* Deal with new enquiries as well as the existing database of clients, offering mortgage advice and referring protection business to the team of protection brokers; receive an introduction fee.
Key Skills
* Applications will be considered from part CeMAP qualified individuals provided you are experienced in the mortgage industry.
* The ideal applicant will possess the full CeMAP and possess some experience of carrying out fact finds discussing the clients mortgage needs and requirements.
* Previous sales experience is essential for this role.
