You’ll collaborate with international teams across the US, Mexico, India and China, helping ensure the supplier network delivers high-quality materials and components to support global customers. This is a key role focused on supplier quality, capability improvement, and material compliance, ensuring suppliers consistently meet manufacturing and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Assess supplier quality and ensure incoming materials meet manufacturing specifications and regulatory standards Conduct supplier assessments, inspections, and quality testing on incoming supplies Monitor supplier performance and analyse defect rates, identifying improvement opportunities Support suppliers in improving performance through process improvements and quality plans Perform supplier audits to assess manufacturing environments and quality systems Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to strengthen supplier capability and quality standards Requirements: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or related discipline Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
