Job Title: Senior Help Desk Coordinator
Salary: £30,000
Location: Huddersfield
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced Help Desk manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you want to join a growing organisation that offers training and development opportunities?
Randstad Solutions are working with a national organisation who are seeking a confident, organised individual to manage their Help Desk team. The role will be strongly focused around customer service and the support you can offer to stakeholders within the business.
Package includes:
1. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Main duties include
5. Managing a team of Help Desk administrators.
6. Being the main point of contact for subcontractors, managing their processes and prompting updates.
7. Closing off jobs for engineers.
8. Raising of reactive & PPM work orders.
9. Keep WIP levels on contracts to a minimum to ensure timely completion of work orders.
10. Assisting with reporting on jobs logged, completed and outstanding.
11. Collating figures for monthly KPI reporting.
12. Logging engineers overtime and holidays for weekly reporting to management.
13. Providing general administrative support.
14. Being able to adapt to new systems that include financial aspects.
What we are looking for:
15. Experience with managing teams.
16. Strong administration and customer service skills.
17. Experience working in a Facilities Management environment.
18. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
19. Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
20. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
