Job overview NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation responsible for planning and commissioning health services for a diverse population of over two million people. The role As part of the structural reforms being undertaken by the NHS, we are preparing to make significant changes to the way we work as a strategic commissioner and system leader of health and care services across Kent and Medway. As such, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Company Secretary to lead our corporate governance function and help us reset, reform and transform the way we work. This is a pivotal role that will support the Chair, Chief Executive and the Board in ensuring the ICB continues to operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust governance and internal control frameworks, overseeing Board and Committee operations, managing legal and constitutional matters, and advising on risk and assurance. As a senior leader, you will champion good governance across the ICB and wider Integrated Care System.
