Main duties of the job
We seek a candidate with deep understanding of workforce systems, service delivery, and optimization within complex organizations. Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, project management, communication, and data analysis skills are essential.
Accountabilities include:
* Optimizing the current workforce solution across NHS organizations
* Conducting annual assessments to identify optimization opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
* Maintaining technical and functional knowledge of ESR to influence stakeholders and realize benefits
* Supporting the development of the Readiness and Implementation team with strategic goals and resources
* Delivering comprehensive support to organizations, overcoming barriers, and securing senior leadership buy-in
* Developing frameworks to assess organizational readiness for future solutions

Qualifications
* Relevant degree, project management certification (PRINCE2 or equivalent), postgraduate qualification, leadership qualification, and data analytics certification
