Key responsibilities
In this proactive Sales Manager role, you’ll take responsibility for driving commercial performance by:
13. Taking a proactive approach to managing and developing key corporate, group, and catering accounts
14. Actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
15. Building strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and brand loyalty
16. Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
17. Developing local community connections to expand the customer base
18. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
19. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and demand to inform strategy
20. Supporting internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest and client experience
21. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies
