This hands-on role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to the Group’s governance and legal framework.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, technology/SaaS contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.Support IT and Procurement teams on software procurement and digital projects.Assist with corporate governance, company secretarial duties, and corporate transactions.Provide pragmatic legal advice to operational teams across Finance, Education, and Operations.Support regulatory compliance and contribute to legal risk management, templates, and playbooks.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the Group Legal team on cross-functional and cross-border matters.Experience & SkillsEssential:Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.2–5 years PQE in commercial, corporate, or technology law (private practice or in-house).Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, organisational skills, and commercial awareness.Desirable:In-house experience in a regulated environment.Exposure to education, care, or multi-site organisations.Experience in IP, IT/software procurement, digital transformation, or corporate governance.Why Join UsThis is a varied in-house role offering meaningful responsibility, professional growth, and the chance to make a tangible impact on a purpose-driven organisation.
