NHS Professionals is looking for an Apprentice working in our Corporate Reward and People Analytics team This role will be based in our state-of-the-art office in Hemel Hempstead with an opportunity for Hybrid Working, 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (Full office attendance required while in Induction). About the role You will be expected to work collaboratively with the wider People Team and build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding service to our clients and Bank Members. Within this role you will support collecting data accurately, securely and confidently. You will maintain and suggest new data builds using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Office 365 tools. You will provide administrative support for production of documents using Microsoft Word. You will have Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to non – technical stakeholders both verbally and in writing. You will manage filing systems and maintain clear audit trails for tasks, ensuring compliance with data protection and record-keeping requirements. You will support maintenance and accuracy of HR Data. You will be required to take accurate notes at meetings with high accuracy and translate those into insights for People Analyst and Head of People Analytics. You will support team activities including workshops/Team days in office as required. Duration: Up to 18 months, leading to a Level 3 qualification in Data Technician Apprenticeship. Starting Salary - 1st year - £15,650.00 Second Year: Ages 18-21: £21,220 Ages 21 and over: £24,860.00 We will be holding an assessment day on Wednesday 20 th May in Hemel Hempstead office please make sure that you are available to attend this. Details will be provided. About The Candidate About The Candidate We are looking for someone who would like to take their first steps into Employee Relations and HR, and this role will give you a flavour of all the different aspects allowing you to work out where you may want to specialise. This specific role is Data based, if data is your passion than this role will allow you to develop skills to ensure you have a career in Data and Analytics. To be successful all we ask is that you: Have 5 GCSEs (C/4 or above) or equivalent including English and Maths. Have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. Some knowledge of Data and How data can be translated into stories. 16 or over Not in full time education Are a proficient user of the Office 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Willingness to undertake relevant personal development. Confident and Effective communicator with strong written communication skills. Good time management skills. Have great eye for attention to detail.
