Horsforth, Leeds (WFH on Fridays!) \nFull-time | Permanent\nCompetitive salary, DOE\n\nA well-established, well recognised litigation practice based in Horsforth is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Litigator who has at least c.5 years fee-earning experience to join them. \n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing litigated, complex matters within a supportive, boutique-style practice that prides itself on high-quality client care and strong technical work.\n\nThe Role You will manage a varied caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims from inception through to conclusion, including:\n

* Employer’s Liability (EL)\n\t

* Public Liability (PL)\n\t

* Clinical Negligence\n\t
\n\t
* Abuse matters\n\t
\n\n\n
The role involves end-to-end case handling, with a strong focus on:\n

* Quantum assessment\n\t
\n\t
* Negotiation and settlement\n\t
\n\t
* Litigation strategy\n\t
\n\n\n
The Ideal Candidate\n\nYou will:

* Have solid experience handling litigated PI claims\n\t
\n\t
* Be confident managing files independently\n\t
\n\t
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of quantum and negotiation\n\t
\n\t
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\t
\n\t
* Be client-focused, organised and commercially aware\n\t
\n\n\n
