Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Berkswell. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing event timelines, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring all aspects of events run smoothly. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales and client relationship management
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
* Leadership skills and experience managing teams is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is beneficial
