Project Administration and Co-Ordination Support
This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional passionate about project success. We seek a dynamic Project Support Coordinator to assist in planning and executing projects by managing daily activities such as documentation, financial data generation, supplier administration, and facilitating project meetings. The position offers an opportunity to provide essential administrative support and contribute to strategic objectives.
The core responsibilities include:
1. Project Progress & Reporting:
* Monitor labour attendance and trends (e.g., absence, holidays)
* Resolve booking discrepancies with supervision and payroll
* Collect and update project progress data and reports
* Support Earned Value data collection and maintain H&S and quality statistics
* Input labour and third-party costs for approval
* Coordinate signing, scanning, and submission of finance sheets
* Assist with cost variation and delay documentation
1. Project Support & Administration:
* Prepare project reports using Excel and PowerPoint
* Maintain holiday charts and provide cover as needed
* Organize project meetings, reviews, and lessons learned sessions
* Manage time & attendance reporting, training records, toolbox talks, and notice boards
* Support budget preparation and track third-party spend
* Liaise with QA for documentation and inspection reports
* Provide admin support for communication and meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
Qualifications and skills required include proven experience in project reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ability to interpret construction/engineering drawings, strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Familiarity with Health & Safety, Quality, and basic financial procedures is also desirable.
