Fire Contracts Manager
Our client, experts in passive fire protection and firestopping, have been successfully operating and sustainably growing for the past 34 years. Due to continued growth, they now seek a Fire Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team in the Midlands.
The successful candidate will receive a very competitive basic salary, 33 days paid holiday, a company vehicle, ongoing development options, and will work exclusively across Midlands projects.

Main Duties:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, and commercial/account managers.
* Plan projects and deliver detailed information for the site team to ensure smooth execution.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and external customers.
* Chair and lead meetings with customers and report on progress.
* Order materials and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.
* Produce and analyze progress reports, update costs, and estimate budgets and timescales.
* Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate contract terms.
* Develop and monitor a commercial plan and end-of-life forecast monthly.
* Conduct weekly reviews of progress, budget, resources, and planning.
* Liaise with manufacturers for installation details.
* Build and lead a team capable of delivering all projects.
* Ensure site team compliance with company policies and H&S responsibilities.
* Implement risk management processes, review risk registers, and check controls.
* Ensure projects meet technical standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience managing fire door or passive fire projects.
* Strong planning, prioritizing, and deadline management skills.
* Good knowledge of contract conditions, regulations, and risk management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team support enthusiasm.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software systems.
