Yard Shunter - Backshift LGV Class 2

Job Role Information:
Position:LGV Class 2 Drivers
Start Times : Around 1300pm
Location:Cambuslang, Glasgow
Duration:Temporary
Pay Rate:£16.83 per hour, £25.25 per hour overtime
Pay Model:PAYE
Duties :
* Daily duties will include taking the vehicles off the crews once they are ready to be tipped
* Move them through the tipping process and then park up the vehicles ready for the next days work approx. (60 vehicles )
* Aid the core shunters in having the vehicles put under the canopy for loading
* Complete daily pre and post vehicle check
* Keep in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing clients expectations
* Comply with WTD, drivers hours & rest periods
