* Provide exceptional support and service to referring panels, adhering to SLAs, and exceeding commitments.
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and agency consultants.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
* Monitor referral outcomes and provide updates to agency contacts.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective needs analysis.
* Utilise outbound communication channels (telephone, email, social media, etc.) to generate leads and expand market share.
