IN THIS ROLE
Our landlords and tenants need an exceptional and memorable customer experience with us. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a lettings negotiator full time. The role would focus on student and professional lettings, but you will also share a busy office with the sales team and gain experience in all areas of the property industry. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and share in our success. We offer a career with progression in a supportive and nurturing business.
You will build strong relationships with our landlords, working with them to ensure their properties are let and giving them support and advice as they grow their portfolios in the North East. You will work with students and professional tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before taking them to view properties and helping them choose their dream home. When not on viewings you will keep in touch with your landlords, negotiating deals with them to get let's agreed and updating them on the progress of their lets. You'll assess whether the tenants pass the criteria required to rent a property, and do all the administration using our modern cloud-based systems. Once a let has been agreed it will be up to you to progress that let right through to move in, with the help of your supportive team around you.
This person in this role is fundamental to making the business work; delivering world-class estate agency doesn't happen by accident.
Full training will be provided and you do not need any experience. You must be able to drive and have access to your own car. Mentoring and support from the leadership team and directors daily.
