Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Confidential Senior Role

Are you a highly organised, reliable Executive Assistant who thrives on enabling success behind the scenes? We’re looking for a calm, focused professional to support a busy Managing Director in a fast-paced, dynamic business.

The Role

This is more than diary management - you’ll be the MD’s trusted right hand, creating order from chaos and enabling the business to run smoothly. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage sensitive information discreetly, and keep everything on track will be crucial.

You’ll handle a variety of operational tasks, coordinate across teams, and ensure priorities are clear and delivered with efficiency. This role requires someone who is thoughtful, organised, and confident in navigating a fast-moving environment with grace and focus.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage the MD’s diary, communications, and priorities with care and discretion
* Oversee timesheets, invoices, and operational workflows ensuring accuracy
* Coordinate resource planning and holiday cover across multiple sites
* Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and clients alike
* Maintain confidentiality with the highest professionalism
* Provide thoughtful support and be a steady sounding board to the leadership team
* Identify risks and help solve issues proactively to keep the business running smoothly
* Adapt to changing demands while maintaining focus and calm

What You Bring:

* Proven experience as a senior EA/PA supporting Directors in fast-paced, operational environments
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills
* Confidence working autonomously and influencing at all levels
* Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters
* Strong IT skills and data awareness
* Loyalty, commitment, and a genuine desire to enable leadership success
