An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Town Planner to join a growing planning consultancy in Preston. The successful Planner will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients, delivering expert planning advice for predominantly residential, commercial and education developments.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver expert planning advice for residential, commercial and education developments.
Qualifications and experience
* Relevant RTPI-accredited degree
* Chartered Planner status or working towards it
* Previous planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
