As an Executive Search Consultant, you will promote their services to real estate developers in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, focusing on roles such as:
* Investment
* Asset Management
* Land & Development
* General Practice
* Construction
* Finance
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers.
* Identify and secure high-caliber candidates for mid to senior level positions.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Collaborate with clients to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Achieve revenue targets through business development and client management.
Requirements
* Experience in executive search recruitment, ideally within real estate or renewable energy.
* Strong network and understanding of the renewable energy market.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
