Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
Duties
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
* Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
* To carry out viewings and inspections
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in using computerised systems and Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
