The Role:
Coordinate a team of up to 19 strong, conducting day to day maintenance activities and cleaning services
Support in the training and recruitment of new members of the team
Ensure the successful adherence of all health and safety regulations on site
Be involved with the operational scheduling of activities for the wider team
Be a point of contact to client personnel and site, ensuring all client needs are being met
Provide cover for the senior manager when they are off siteThe Person:
