Aspire People are working in partnership with a primary school in Salford who are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted interventions across Key Stage 2.The school is focused on raising attainment and narrowing learning gaps, particularly in Year 4 and Year 5.Responsibilities:Delivering small group Maths and English interventions.Supporting pupils preparing for end-of-year assessments.Assisting with classroom differentiation.Encouraging independence and confidence in learners.Supporting behaviour management strategies.Working closely with the class teacher and phase leader.We Are Looking For:Level 2 TA qualification.Recent KS2 classroom experience.Strong literacy and numeracy skills.Confident delivering structured intervention sessions.A calm, patient and supportive approach.What Aspire Offer:Competitive rates of pay.Consistent long-term placements.Opportunities to progress into Level 3 or HLTA roles.Ongoing CPD support.Transparent and honest communication.If you enjoy helping pupils close learning gaps and build confidence, this role could be ideal for you.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
